Keep your Dashboards tab organized with folders. Instead of scrolling through a long, flat list, Admins can now group dashboards by project, location, team, time period, or any structure that fits how your team works.
As teams add more dashboards, finding the right one can slow you down. Dashboard Folders solve that by giving Admins a simple way to group related dashboards together, so the right view is always just a click away.
By default, no folders exist yet — dashboards appear as a flat list, just like today. Once you start creating folders, they’ll appear at the top of the Dashboards tab, sorted newest first. Any dashboards not yet placed in a folder will stay below the folder list, also sorted newest first.
Folder names can be up to 512 characters and must be unique within a project.
You can create a dashboard directly inside a folder, or move an existing one:
From the folder menu, you can rename a folder at any time, or delete one — you’ll be asked whether to keep the dashboards inside (moved back to the unfoldered list) or remove them along with the folder.
Sub-users can view folders, open dashboards inside them, create new dashboards within existing folders, and move dashboards between folders. Creating, renaming, and deleting folders remains an Admin-only action. Folder structure is shared across the account, so any changes an Admin makes are visible to all sub-users right away.
