Mobile App Sync Options

Starting February 2024, admins can set how frequently each user should sync their app with the server and for all available updates. This will activate push notifications for iOS and Android users with the request to sync the app.

Sync options to choose from

  • All enabled – the sync dialog in the apps would include all options enabled: “Sync” and “Upload all.”
  • Disable the “Upload all” sync option within N days – the sync dialog notes that the “Upload all” option will be blocked in a specific number of days. It becomes disabled in the dialog until the next sync.
  • Disable the “Upload all” sync option until next sync – the sync dialog has the “Upload all” option disabled until the contact completes the sync.
